Where a dance teacher is accepting these terms on behalf of his/her students it is the responsibility of the dance school/teacher to obtain permission from the student/parent/guardian of the dancer.

1. Terms and Conditions of MembershipThis document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to membership of WORLD CUP DANCE (WORLD CUP DANCE ) and is entered into with the named individual. WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd reserves theright to change these terms and conditions at any time and undertakes to communicatematerial changes to all members within an appropriate time. Membership of WORLD CUP DANCE entitles the subscriber to benefits. These benefits and services may alter from time totime, with the current offer always listed on our website (www.worldcup-dance.com) and inmembership publicity.

All dance schools may apply for their students to join as members of WORLD CUP DANCE . Becoming amember of WORLD CUP DANCE  carries no legal responsibility for the member in respect of WORLD CUP DANCE , nordoes it carry voting rights at meetings or liability in respect of any debts of WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd.The term "member" is the name used to describe the group of people who register as members and sign up for events hosted by WORLD CUP DANCE.

The competition entry fee standard is posted on our official website (www.worldcup-dance.com). Entry fees for both new and existing members shall be charged in accordance with the standards published on the website. The entry closing date can be checked by logging on to www.worldcup-dance.com.

Entry eligibility is non-transferable, and entry fees are non-refundable once paid. Members may withdraw from participation at any time without providing reasons, but no entry fee will be refunded.

If we anticipate that the competitions hosted by us cannot be held as scheduled, we shall use our reasonable endeavours to give you advance notice.
WORLD CUP DANCE Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss sustained by members arising from their participation in competitions hosted by WORLD CUP DANCE, regardless of the cause.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all claims, actions, legal proceedings and disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for such purposes.

2. Privacy Policy

WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd will, through the membership registration and renewals process, collect therequired data about the member and/or the member's dance school. We endeavour totake all reasonable measures to protect this data whilst it is in our care. When youregister as a member we collect such personal data as is required to properlyadministrate the membership subscription but will not collect sensitive data about you(race or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs etc). Data used for marketing purposesabout our work, products and services and those with whom we collaborate will bebased on the dance school data only.

We will not provide or share a member's personal data with third parties unless wehave the member's explicit permission to do so. The member has the right to accesstheir personal data held by WORLD CUP DANCE . Any request for this should be directed to worldcupdance2016@gmail.com.

3. PermissionsThe member hereby gives permission for WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd, or those contracted to do so onWORLD CUP DANCE 's behalf, to video and photograph them. The member gives permission for thesevideos/photos to be used on WORLD CUP DANCE 's websites, live streaming, social media outlets andany promotional materials. The member gives permission for WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd to sell videos,pictures and promotional materials that the member may appear in, to the generalpublic.
The member gives permission to WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd to give their details to WORLD CUP DANCE 's sponsors.Should the member not wish for their details to be given to these outlets they shouldadvise by email to  worldcupdance2016@gmail.com.
The member accepts that any dance moves that are carried out are at their own risk andthat any injuries suffered from such dance moves are totally the member'sresponsibility and WORLD CUP DANCE  Ltd cannot be held responsible.
